The dialysis center is accessible to visitors, with good transport links. The unit is open Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 18:00 and closed on Sunday. Please note that smoking is prohibited in the dialysis center. You are not allowed to smoke or use e-cigarettes on the clinic grounds.

Zharkent is a town in Kazakhstan, the administrative center of Panfilov District in Zhetysu Region. It is located 200 km east of Saryozek railway station (on the Semey–Almaty line) along the Saryozek–Khorgos highway, and 29 km from the Chinese border. Zharkent has been known since the late 10th century, and was a point of entry into Kazakhstan along the Great Silk Road.
